Case Study
Byarz
Byarz needed a lightweight B2B RFQ platform where buyers could browse a product catalog, add items to a request cart, and submit quote requests without a complicated checkout flow. The goal was to simplify procurement enquiries, reduce manual WhatsApp back-and-forth, and give admins a protected dashboard to review incoming RFQs.

Challenge
Byarz needed a lightweight B2B RFQ platform where buyers could browse a product catalog, add items to a request cart, and submit quote requests without a complicated checkout flow. The goal was to simplify procurement enquiries, reduce manual WhatsApp back-and-forth, and give admins a protected dashboard to review incoming RFQs.
Solution
Tekgens built a modern RFQ web application using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Supabase. The app includes a Supabase-powered product catalog, frontend RFQ cart, phone-number-only checkout, RFQ submission into structured database tables, WhatsApp handoff after submission, and a protected admin dashboard using Supabase Auth. Admin users can review RFQs, manage product images through Supabase Storage, and maintain catalog data from a secure dashboard.
